Logline
Released from prison Giulia, seemingly invisible to the world, learns from gender-fluid Adam that asserting one's true self is worth the challenge, and finds her voice when Pedro, the guy she had attacked, comes back into her life.

Themes explored
The themes in VoiceLess are some of those which are relevant to our times: gender fluidity and sexual expression, female self-assertion, abusive family relationships, siblings' rivalry and revenge, our varying interpretations of domestic violence, the use - and abuse - of social media to portray false and second selves. VoiceLess speaks loud about two controversial issues:
Some of us are able to function only in dysfunctional circumstances.
Weirdness is the new normality.

Throughout the 6 episodes the story follows the characters' different trajectories, all intertwined to create a complex plot, where each theme is explored in depth. The viewer is left to ponder where the truth lies.
